02Data processed and purposes
Data provided voluntarily. When you fill in the contact form, the data you enter (name and surname, e-mail address, phone number if provided, area of interest and the content of your message) are processed for the sole purpose of replying to your request and arranging an appointment where applicable. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Browsing data. This website consists of static pages only and uses no analytics, profiling or marketing tools. The hosting provider may record technical logs (such as IP addresses) needed for the operation and security of the service. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing data through the form is optional; however, without the required fields we cannot reply to your request.
03Processing methods and recipients
Data are processed by electronic means, with appropriate security and confidentiality measures, by authorised staff of the firm. They are not disseminated, nor subject to automated decision-making.
The technical delivery of the contact form to the firm's mailbox is carried out through the Web3Forms service, acting as a technical provider; the provider does not use the data for its own purposes. Data may also be processed by the hosting and e-mail providers, as processors or independent controllers within their respective remits.
04Data retention
Data submitted through the form are kept for the time needed to reply to the request and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of the professional relationship and any further periods required by the legal obligations applicable to notarial activity. Technical logs are kept for the time strictly necessary for security purposes.
05Rights of the data subject
Under Articles 15–22 GDPR, you may ask the controller for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Requests may be sent to the contact details in section 01.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
